-basmati rice with ghee & honey and turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon

-decaf coffee with half & half and coco and a little raw sugar

2:00PM-school
-left over green curried veggies and white basmati rice

4:00PM-home
-dried banana

5:00PM-home
-a few pumpkin seeds
-herbal pms tea

7:00Pm-home
-rice crust pizza (no cheese) fresh herbs rosemary, thyme and sage, potatoes, turnips
-spinach and arugula salad with roasted beets (golden and some other pink not red kind) turnips and potatoes more fresh herbs, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
-one bit of coconut ice cream
-herbal tea chamomile and mint
