-decaf coffee with half & half coco, raw sugar and cinnamon
-lowfat yogurt with turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg & agave (just finished this off at work and will replace with honey)
12:00PM-work
-brown rice
-leftover lentils
-honest tea
-4 bited sized dark chocolates
3:00PM-work
-raspberries
7:00PM-home
-handful of raw almonds
-spinach salad with a little bit of cheese, roasted pine nuts, berber salad dressing
-brown rice and lamb broth
(this was literally the only thing in our refrigerator)
-mint tea with honey
