-steel cut oats with cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, honey, nutmeg, ghee
-low-fat plain yogurt with cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, honey, nutmeg, almond oil
-1/4 cup of coffee, just took a few sips

1:30PM-home
-berber spiced chicken with almond slices

3:30PM-home
-low-fat plain yogurt with cardamom, turmeric, honey, almond oil, cinnamon & nutmeg

6:00PM-home
-ginger tea with lemon & honey

7:00PM-home
-a couple bites of kabocha squash- I COULDN'T HELP IT MY ROOMMATE MADE IT AND IT'S MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE

8:00PM- Potluck
-stuffed cabbages with meat of some sort
-little spoonful of Moroccan stewed lamb
-sauteed greens with pork (spicy)
-slice of apple pie that was delcious
