-warm arugula salad with tuna and salmon and shitakes and caramelized onions a little roasted garlic
-low fat plain yogurt with honey, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon and a dash of almond oil

-french onion soupd (picked most of the cheese out also ordered it without bread/croutons)
-couple bites of chocolate mouse pie thing (crust was sparing)
