-spinach, pea sprout, carrots salad with ginger sesame dressing
-handful of rice chips with adzuki bean flavoring
-dark hot chocolate, no sugar, sweetened with a little honey
8:00PM- friend's house
-piece of 3 cheese lasagna
-salad
-very small slice of chocolate cake which i didn't finish
