Period heavy mild cramping, no intense pain and no gas pain

10:30AM- work
-decaf coffee with half&half, coco powder and1 raw sugar pack
- steel cut oats with almond milk and agave (agave was all i had at work, i need to get some honey)

1:00PM- work
- tuna with veganaise, 2 thin slices of cheddar, 1 slice rye/flax bread (Mestemacher Brand)
-1 small buckwheat farinetta muffin (homemeade not sweet)
-1 bottle honest tea
- 2 bite sized dark chocolates

2:30PM- work
-1 naval orange

4:00PM- work
-hot green tea with echinacea

8:00PM- home
- a couple of corn chips with hummus and a bit of raw kraut while dinner cooks
-soba noodles with kale, spinach, carrots, onions, red cabbage, ginger and garlic, tamari and sesame seeds sautéed with ghee
-golden milk
