-assam black tea with milk and honey
2:30PM -home
-flax crackers with cheddar/sage cheese and sliced tomato
-warm milk with turmeric, cardamom, and honey
4:30PM- home
- 1 buckwheat muffin with ghee
6:30PM- bitter sweet chocolate shop
- 4 ounce dark hot chocolate drink.
7:30PM- home
-risotto with chard, mushrooms, butternut squash, onions and two bites of sausage
-cucumbers with olive oil and vinegar
-pms herbal tea
Period heavier but just normal cramping not a lot of pain
