-1 poached egg on top of kichari left overs
-2 slices of yams
-1 slice of rice bread
-1 cup black tea with pms herbal tea added
11:00AM- home
-2 wheat free bite sized cookies
-handful of rice chips with adzuki spice
7:30PM-home
-General Tso's Chicken with brown rice. Ate mostly rice and sauce had about 3 chunks of chicken (no wheat)
-ginger, pms and dong quai herbal tea
-3 ginger chews
